QVARI New Graduate Program
Start Strong. Stay Supported. Actually Thrive.
At QVARI, we don’t just give you a job and supervision.
We give you structure, support, flexibility, and space to grow — all designed by occupational therapists, for occupational therapists.
What You Actually Get at QVARI
Support & Growth | What That Looks Like |
|---|---|
Admin support | We handle bookings, NDIS logistics, and form-chasing — so you don’t have to. |
Ideas → Action feedback loop | Got a better way to do something? Pitch it. We’ll trial it. Your voice matters here. |
Work-life balance, actually protected | Flexibility built in. Wellbeing check-ins are part of our culture — not just HR policy. |
Real career pathways | Whether you want to specialise or lead, we’ll build your next steps with you. |
Allied Health Assistant (AHA) support | AHAs run therapy programs and gather data, giving you time back to focus on clinical growth. |
Gradual caseload ramp-up | Start light. Increase when you feel ready — not when the spreadsheet says so. |
Culture of continuous development | Backed by systems, time, and people who genuinely want to see you thrive. |
Peer buddy + senior OT mentor | Someone to message mid-session, someone to guide your big-picture thinking. |
Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision | Protected time every week. Structured, consistent, and backed by therapists who get it. |
Choose-your-passion caseload | You tell us what you love (AT, home mods, mental health, paediatrics, etc.) — we build your caseload around it. |
What Makes Us Different
Most graduate programs are bolted on.
Ours is built in.
We created QVARI with new graduates in mind — from day one.
And everything we offer is designed around what actually works for clinicians starting out:
-
You won’t be left alone on complex cases.
-
You won’t be expected to hit full productivity in week three.
-
You will be heard, supported, and challenged in all the right ways.
You’re not just filling a role. You’re shaping a profession — and we’re building a team that reflects that.
Who This Is For
You’re the kind of therapist who:

Wants your first year to be supportive, not overwhelming
Has a passion for real-world community OT

Thrives in values-aligned teams that walk the walk

Wants flexibility, autonomy, and growth without burnout

Is ready to be part of something different — and better
