What You’ll Do

Provide evidence-based OT assessment and intervention across home, community, school and telehealth settings.

Complete functional assessments, AT and home modification reports, and high-quality documentation.

Work within a supportive clinical governance framework with admin/AHA support.

Collaborate with families, support coordinators, schools and multidisciplinary teams.

Engage in weekly supervision, CPD, reflective practice, and 2 hours/week of paid project/innovation time.
What You Need
Essential:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy + current AHPRA registration

NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, Police Check (or ability to obtain)

Driver’s licence + reliable, insured vehicle
-
Strong communication skills, organisation, and willingness to learn

Understanding of OT process, occupation-centred practice and the NDIS framework
Desirable:
-
Experience in NDIS, paediatrics or community OT
-
Knowledge of AT, home mods, FCEs, sensory/interoception frameworks
-
Experience with telehealth or trauma-informed practice
