About the Role
You’ll work under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, supporting clients and the clinical team in both hands-on and behind-the-scenes ways.
Every day looks a bit different - one day you might be helping a client with emotional regulation and the next you’re researching adaptive equipment or updating progress notes.
This role blends clinical support, project work, and administrative tasks - ideal for students who love learning, are detail-oriented, and want to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Support

Help deliver therapy programs designed by a supervising OT.

Support clients via face-to-face, phone, or telehealth sessions.

Set up and monitor home-based programs or assistive technology.

Observe and record client progress using provided templates.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Administrative Support

Research equipment and assistive technologies.

Draft and prepare simple reports or progress summaries.

Coordinate appointments, follow up with clients, and update files.

Support the development of internal resources and systems.
Innovation & Growth

Contribute creative ideas to improve services and systems.

Take part in QVARI’s in-house training and reflective supervision.
