Lisa Campbell
I am an Occupational Therapist at QVARI, supporting people to maintain independence, participate in meaningful activities, and achieve their goals within their homes and communities.
Before relocating to Brisbane, I worked as an Occupational Therapist in New Zealand in community rehabilitation and hospital settings, supporting adults and older adults with a range of disabilities, injuries, and health conditions. My experience includes functional assessments, rehabilitation planning, and equipment recommendations across community and hospital settings.
What I enjoy most about occupational therapy is the opportunity to work alongside people to overcome challenges and achieve goals that are important to them. I especially enjoy the problem solving aspect of the profession and helping people find practical solutions that support independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life.
I value building genuine relationships and taking a collaborative, person centred approach. I find it rewarding to work alongside people as they build confidence, develop new skills, and engage in the activities that matter most to them.

I am passionate about helping people adapt, grow, and continue participating in the activities that are important to them. I enjoy supporting people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and find practical ways to stay involved in the roles and activities that give their lives meaning.
